Tim Maag is the vice president and general manager of Mortenson’s Wind Energy Group. He provides strategic leadership for future business growth and oversees the preconstruction and construction phases of wind power facilities. Tim has 37 years of construction experience having worked throughout North America, delivering on Mortenson’s commitment to provide an exceptional customer experience. His passion for construction is fueled by the challenge of driving out waste, lowering costs and delivering high quality, fast track, schedule intense projects. Before joining Mortenson’s Renewable Energy Groups, Tim served as the general manager of the company’s Federal Contracting Group. Tim is an active member of the American Wind Energy Association and is a past member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
