The audience will hear lived experiences from members of the LGBTQ+ community who have chosen to live out and proud while excelling in the clean energy industry. We will discuss how embracing the industry is for the community, the proverbial “pink ceiling,” and the roles that allies can play in creating more inclusive cultures where LGBTQ+ employees feel free and safe to be their whole selves.
